Its Best to get small caterers. thats how you know the food is good. large scale caterers food is usually mass produced and stuff and doesnt taste like its home made. i heard of a caterer called Baisley Catering. they do good food, and great cakes. on of my co workers had them do some food for one of her events. very nice, and the cheesecake is AMAZING

Generally speaking, because the only access is by barge, helicopter or water taxi, and because it is expensive both in terms of fares and time to get there, wedding service providers from Brisbane are reluctant to go there, particularly if the couple expects the service to be provided for the same cost as in Brisbane.
A generous offer of compensation for time, to make up for the service provider virtually having to dedicate the whole day to your wedding, may also help.

my husband and i were married on 2/16/09 back home in upstate ny. he is active duty army, and when he returns from his deployment from afghanistan, we would like to have our dream wedding. does anyone have any good information on weddings in hawaii or the u.s. virgin islands? thanks in advance!
